If you any compliments to make about the surgery please speak or write to the Practice Manager who will be pleased to received them and pass on to the staff.
There is a complaints procedure in place at the practice. Any complaints should be addressed, in the first instance, to the Practice Manager who will contact you and explain the procedure to be followed. The Practice Manager will ensure that your concerns are dealt with promptly and courteously.
